パソコンをたくさん使います。

 

だから私の右手と腕を痛めました。

そのため、パソコンをあまり使えません。 

買い物

 

昨晩、仕事の後で、妹とデパートに買い物に行きました。

まず私たちは夕食をとりました。

買い物は好きではありません。

そういうわけで、あまり買い物には行きません。 今はシーズンの終わりから、モールの店でバーゲンがあります。 Ｔシャツをたくさん買いました。

思い出

通りから遊んでいる子供たちの声が聞こえます。

自分の子供の頃を思い出しました。。

夏休みで真夜中まで家に帰らず、私たちは外で遊んでいました。

They remind me my childhood.

We wouldn’t go home and we would play till midnight in summer holidays

外国語

 

日本語と韓国語とフランス語を覚えようとしています。

まだそれらのいずれも習得できていません。

アラビア語も勉強したいです。

どれを最初に学ぶべきかわかりません。

Ustam ve Ben, Elif Şafak

The story begins with an elephant sitter guy's getting into the Ottoman Palace and being one of the apprentice of Sinan, one of the biggest architects of Ottoman Empire. Even if I got to the end hard by forcing myself to end it, reading this was more enjoyable than Efsane, which was about a time of Ottomon Empire's navy. The story gave me the taste of known fantasy point of view to the Ottomon Empire that used a lot in books or movies.

Bit Palas, Elif Şafak

Laf kalabalığı... cram of words what I thought while reading Bit Palas. An apartment building with 10 residents. The analysis of the characters which you know very well in life, the description of events, the story telling is filled with a lot of words. It is nice but at the same time boring to continue reading it. So in the middle of the book as the chapters got smaller I began to hve a hard time to keep reading after all those long parts in the beginning.
10 stereotype characters came together in an apartment building with no common thing but the awful smell of the garbage and bugs that surrounded the building.



As long as you ignore to be a part of this living concept at some points you find yourselves related with your neighbours.

I finished reading Heart & Soul. The end was unsatisfying since the writer left out how the two characters made up at the end but just went they walked and everything was okay.

I began to re-read Histoire des Turc by Jean-Paul Roux. It was confusing and hard to keep everything in mind but I am going to finish it soon.

Anybody Out There (senden başka yok), Marian Keyes

While I was reading the book I thought how lucky I am because I would never feel what the heroine of the book experienced: losing someone you loved a lot... I have never fall in love or will ever fall in love so to feel of someone's sudden leave to where they could never be back again can cause me such a pain.

But I have other kind of pains because I am sick. Every part of my body is aching -_-

I admit I fast forward reading this book, skipped some parts and just read the end. It has been really hard to read a book with interest lately...
I get annoyed reading the characters struggling with their lives. I find it stupid they can't see what they should do. I wonder how my life would look  like from another person's eyes.

Circle of Friends, Maeve Binchy

Bu kitabın adının neden Aşkı Yarın Yaşayacaksın olarak Türkçeleştirildiğini anlayamadım.
Kerdeşimin Maeve Binchy arşivini bitirmeye karar verdim. Ancak 2-3 kitabını okuyunca karakterlerinin, kitaplarının konularının hep aynı olduğu aşikar. Aldatan erkekler, aldatmasına izin veren ancak bir süre sonra onları kapının önüne koyan aşık ama güçlü kadınlar... Diğer kitaplarını okumak konusunda pek hevesli değilim. Belkide alıp bir kenara attığım ve hala okuyor olarak etiketli tarih ve akademik araştırma kitaplarını okumalıyım.

Okudğum her kitapta hep bir çeviri karmaşası görüyorum. Karakter kendini cevaplıyor yada kendi yaptığı bir hareket nedeniyle kendi kafası karışıyor. Çevirmenler yaptıkları karakter karışıklıklarını fark etmiyor olabilirler ancak ben kitaplar basılmadan önce bir kezde 'editor' tarafından kontrol ediliyor sanıyordum. Bazen karakterlerin adlarının karıştırılması yada aynı karakterin adının diğer karakter içinde kullanılması cümleyi, parağrafı tekrar okumanıza neden oluyor.

The books I am reading are just novels. However I hope to find the words I lost.
